One Third Avenue Demolition Begins!
Demolition has begun on One Third Avenue, second phase of The Alloy Block which includes retail, office and residential apartments. In addition to the repurposing of the existing historic buildings on the site, the tower is designed to meet passive house standard to become one of the largest passive house towers in the world.
