In order to allow all units to have ocean views the team chose to develop fewer units than permitted on the 5-acre site. Siting the building at the eastern ocean edge allows for an entry promenade through a dense natural habitat of preserved live oaks, which conceals parking and creates a buffer from A1A. Three shifting masses allow for corner views from all units. Apartments are floor-thru with sunrise and sunset terraces and ocean breezes. Beachfront units have gardens on the west side and a terrace with a plunge pool facing the ocean. Courtyards, skylights and outdoor rooms are carved out to create unique living spaces as well as opportunities for light and air in the middle of the unit. Minimal interiors frame views to the ocean and surrounding landscape.
