An Early Vision for Hudson Yards

Alloy assembled 39,518 square feet of land in the Hudson Yards District was afforded an as-of-right FAR of 24 or over 1,000,000 of leasable floor area. The site has frontage on both 35th Street and 36th street and is immediately adjacent to the future Hudson Boulevard and the extended No. 7 subway line. Alloy completed design and entitlement work to expresses the development potential and zoning freedom that the site affords and disposed of the site in 2013.

The assembled site fronts the future Hudson Boulevard between 35th Street and 36th Street. With more than 600’ of frontage on three streets, 450 Hudson Boulevard provides ample exposure for primacy of identity as well as ample access for loading, parking and support services. The lots were carefully assembled by Alloy in 2008 and sold in 2013.
