One John Street is officially a LEED Gold certified building!

One John Street was able to achieve this certification because the designers, owners and contractor worked together to earn points in several areas of sustainability by preforming better than is otherwise required. The goal – to provide a healthy and sustainable built environment. The most meaningful of these initiatives were water and energy conservation.

80 Flatbush is a proposed mixed-use development that includes 2 new public schools, market-rate and affordable housing, commercial and cultural space.
The 2,000 Gallon Project comes to an end but lives on with 17 trees planted throughout Gowanus
The 2,000 Gallon Project is disassembled with trees and plants rooted throughout Gowanus, dumpsters will be recycled as planters in Industry City.
