Alloy Partners with Fifth Avenue Committee to Spearhead Affordable Housing Component of 80 Flatbush Project in Downtown Brooklyn

Fifth Avenue Committee (FAC) will develop and co-own the project’s 200 units of permanently affordable housing along with Alloy, and oversee the marketing, leasing, and operation of the affordable housing. FAC is one of Brooklyn’s oldest and most well respected affordable housing developers, and we look forward to working together to provide affordable homes that address local need.
